Why we collect data
The contact form on this site collects your name, email address, optional offer amount, a free-text message, and the domain you are inquiring about. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry about a domain that is for sale.
Lawful basis
We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to inbound sales inquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes the data
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc., which acts as our data processor and stores submission records in its dashboard. The notification email is delivered to the operator's inbox. No other third party receives this data.
How long we keep it
Submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then purged from the Netlify dashboard. Email copies retained in the operator's inbox follow the operator's normal email retention.
